Individual Therapy

In our one-on-one sessions, we’ll create a collaborative relationship designed to help you reach your goals. Between sessions, you’ll practice new skills while I develop a plan for our next session. My approach seeks to help people find paths over and through obstacles. I emphasize self-compassion, acceptance, and a healthy skepticism about the stories we tell ourselves.

When we work together, we will:

  • Get to know each other over 1-2 initial visits

  • Collaborate to develop a plan to address your goals

  • Meet for individual 50-minute sessions on the schedule we determine

  • Check in periodically to review our plan and progress towards your goals 

When you reach your goals, we can focus on other areas or wrap up our work together. Come back when you want to tackle new issues or need support.
